My name is Sari. I'm a healer, a thinking partner, and a mega fan of 𝚎𝚊𝚜𝚎.I sit with my feelings a lot and tend to feel things deeply, so I’ve gotten pretty good at helping other people deal with their feels too. I also love organizing thoughts and helping people make sense of things.Sometimes emotions and thoughts can be overwhelming, and it can be even harder when we feel like we’re facing them alone. I like helping people work through stuff until they feel lighter. ⛄︎

how i see healing
Ok, so when I first started healing, I was so excited because it meant I could finally "fix myself". I legit had a whole checklist of things to work on and I was determined to heal 𝚊𝚕𝚕 𝚘𝚏 𝚒𝚝. But somewhere along the way, I learned that’s not how it really works.It took me some time (and a lot of obsessing over self-improvement) to crack the code: the less I focused on fixing, and the more I shifted how I related to myself and the world, the more healing I actually found.I’m into the spiritual stuff — the manifesting and the raising vibrations and the chakra chakra divine timing alignment magic — and my brain also likes steps, and structure, and logic. I don't always fully connect with the super mystical side of healing, so it's important to me to ground it. I want it to feel practical, everyday, and organic to real life. I like connecting the dots, noticing patterns, and finding what actually makes a difference in how we feel and move through the world.For me, healing happens in big breakthroughs and in tiny, ordinary moments. I think both are sacred. I think both matter.
how i work
Most days I’m in house clothes, feet up on the chair, mid-snack. My standard dress code is comfy supreme, and my preferred session vibe is like going to a friend’s house where you don’t have to ask where the bathroom is. Nothing formal. You don’t have to be polished or have it all figured out. We just start where you are and go from there.I really believe everyone’s different, and what works for one person might not click at all for someone else. That’s why I like working one-on-one. It lets me meet you where you actually are, dig into the heart of what’s going on, and figure out what you really need. Also because I’m an introvert lol

Oh I also create custom song edits. A little random but eh ¯\ _(ツ) _/¯Basically, if you need a song shortened or edited to fit a dance or something, and you want to make sure the right parts are in there, I can help. Great for weddings, performances, demo reels, and anything else where the music needs to be perfectly swak.
